An associate licensed therapist serving North Carolina, I am passionate about exploring topics of sex and sexuality, identity, grief, substance use, and multiculturalism. I am trauma-informed, sex-positive, kink-friendly, and ENM/poly informed and affirming.

I believe in the power of presence and authenticity, and I strive to meet you where you are whenever we sit across from one another.

To me, therapy is not solely a space to process hardships - it is also an opportunity to cultivate more pleasure and joy in your life and relationships.
